Giuseppina now resides in Sydney, performing regularly with Opera Australia. International performance highlights include the Operetta Ich liebe die Welt Music Festival with the AIMS Orchestra, Austria, and the Pergolesi Spontini Music Festival, Italy.
In 2014, Australian-Italian soprano Giuseppina Grech won first prize in the prestigious Italian Acclaim Opera Fellowship Awards which enabled her to study at the Teatro Accademia alla Scala (La Scala) under the tutelage of renowned international soprano Luciana Serra.ĭuring her time abroad, Giuseppina made her professional debut performing the role of Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro at Teatro Moriconi, Italy.
